WELLINGTON- Dorthey Olsen Cook, age 76, passed away November 4, 2015 at her home.
She was born July 17, 1939 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Married William K. “Bill” Cook in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Survived by her children, Vera (Michael) Jackson, Folsom, CA, Gaylene Burgess, Delta, CO, Dee (Jodi) Hadden, West Valley, UT, Wendi (Michael) Burris, Price, Kisty Cook (Michael) Hardy, West Valley; 12 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome to share memories of Dorthey online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
