The New Yorker Grill opens its doors in East Carbon

The New Yorker, a restaurant owned and operated by Orlando and Judi LaFontaine, is officially open for business. It features authentic Cuban and Italian food, and claims to be the only restaurant in Utah that offers Cuban cuisine. The restaurant is a non-alcohol family establishment.
On the menu are New York style pizzas along with lasagna and baked ziti. All of the restaurants food is home made with Caribbean/Creole spices and marinades, which are used in Cuban dishes. On the New Yorker menu, you will find Pan Con Lechon which is a slow roasted pork in a mojito marinade served on grilled bread. You will also find Italian sausage, Shrimp Parmesan and New York style Buffalo wings among other Italian and Cuban entrees.
The New Yorker is at 109 East Geneva Drive in East Carbon and has takeout and delivery services to East Carbon, Sunnyside and Columbia. The New Yorker is open 7 days a week from 11 am to 9 p.m. For takeout, delivery or to make reservations call 888-8881
