SUNNYSIDE-Dannet R. Summers Davis, age 49, passed away January 28, 2016 at Castleview Hospital in Price.
She was born May 9, 1966 in Price, Utah to Danny L. and Bertha Boren Summers. Married Vernon Lamar Davis, they later divorced.
Dannet was a lifelong resident of Carbon County who enjoyed working alongside Doug at their restaurant in East Carbon. She was a tireless worker who worked at Valley Asphalt for several years. Dannet enjoyed horseback riding and camping. Her greatest love was caring for family, especially her three granddaughters.
Survivors include her companion of 16 years, Doug Alger, Sunnyside; sons, Jesse Davis, East Carbon, Tyson Davis, Price; three granddaughters, Jersey, Avyelle and Anastyn; father, Danny Summers, mother, Bertha Summers, both of East Carbon; brother, David (Kim) Summers, Rock Springs, Wyoming; 2 nephews and 1 niece.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Shannon.
A memorial graveside service will be held, Saturday, February 27, 2016, 11:00 a.m., at the Valley View Cemetery in Sunnyside. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Dannet online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net
