PRICE – Jeanne Marie Moosman, age 46, passed away September 27 at Utah Valley Hospital from complications of a recent surgery.
She was born January 17, 1969 in Price, Utah to Max and Jenny Martin Moosman.
Jeanne was a longtime resident of Carbon County and a graduate of Carbon High School Class of 1987. She dedicated her life to others and was a Customer Service Manager for Wal-Mart for many years. She was well respected by her co-workers and touched everyone who walked through the doors of Wal-Mart in Price. Jeanne loved spending time with family and friends. She loved being outdoors, camping and fishing. Her favorite place to fish was Willow Lake where she made many treasurable memories. Most of all she loved laughing and talking with her daughter. Jeanne will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her daughters, Kaitlyn Phillips, Deserae Munsell, both of Price, Paisley (Trevor) Byrge, Misty Bingham, both of Wellington; granddaughters, Kenzie and Lilly; father, Max and Kim Moosman, Price; mother, Jenny Moosman & James Chaney, Emeryville, CA; brothers and sisters, Joey (Judy) Moosman, East Carbon, Stephanie (Steven) Melo, Altamont, John Fister, Dublin, CA, Lynn (Justin) Stoker, Cedar City; grandparents, Bill (Betty) Williams, Price; many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins who will miss her dearly.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her brother Ty N. Moosman; grandparents, James and Jeanne Martin and Boyd and Beth Moosman.
Funeral service, Friday, October 2 at 10 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price. Family will be at Mitchell Funeral Home Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Friday one hour prior to service. Interment, Wellington City Cemetery.
