Heath D. Earl operates the Price Neuropsychological Clinic.

The Price Neuropsychological Clinic is owned by Dr. Heath D. Earl and is located at the College of Eastern Utah in the Computer Business Building.
Dr. Earl provides a wide range of mental health services including individual, group, and family psychotherapy counseling. He has extensive experience in working with children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral and academic problems. He also sees adults for individual, family and couples therapy. The doctor has expertise in parent training, play therapy, and behavioral modification and the treatment of depression, anxiety, sexual addiction and other conditions.
In addition to therapy services, he specializes in psychological and neuropsychological assessment. Testing of mood, behavior, intellect, academic achievement, neurological/brain based deficits, ADHD, learning deficits, parenting practices, etc. is available.
Dr. Earl is a licensed clinical psychologist with dual specialization in psychotherapy (child, adolescent and family) and psychological, neuropsychological testing. He has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and has 18 years of experience in the mental health field. He is a professor of psychology and currently the psychology department chair at CEU.
Dr. Earl’s office opened on Feb. 1 and he accepts most major insurance provider plans.
