Bill Cave


PRICE – Our loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend, William R. “Bill” Cave, age 84, passed away at his home on June 26, 2007.
He was born on March 16, 1923 in Castle Gate to Frank and Birtie Stone Cave. Married Olympia Listello July 17, 1941 in Price.
Bill was a lifelong resident of Carbon County, where he worked in the coal mines for 38 years and was a Utah state mine inspector for 10 years.
Bill loved his family, playing his guitar and fishing.
He proudly served in the United States Navy during WWII from January 1944-1946.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survived his wife, Olympia; sons, David (Mildred) Cave, James (Colleen) Cave; daughters, Carol (Larry) Kilcrease, Gaylene (Douglas) O’Brien, Linda (John) Forbush; brother, David Cave, Cheyenne, Wyo.; 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, three brothers; five sisters; and a grandson, Billy Forbush.
Funeral service Friday, June 29, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitchell’s Friday one hour prior to service. Friends are welcome at Mitchell’s daily. Interment, Price City Cemetery.


Dianna Pearson


PRICE – Our loving daughter, sister and dear friend, Dianna Lea Pearson, age 39, returned to her earthly father and Heavenly Father June 25, 2007.
She was born Sept. 7, 1967 in La Mirada, Calif., to Kenneth Lee and Stacy LaVern Andrews Pearson.
Dianna was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She had a great love for reading and doing arts and crafts.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survived by loving mother, Stacy Andrews, Price; two brothers and four sisters, Jason Pearson, Price; David Pearson, Salt Lake City; Susanne Pearson, Oklahoma; Miriam Moore, Oklahoma; Barbara Williams; American Fork; Selina Monks, Connecticut. Preceded in death by father, Kenneth Pearson.
At Dianna’s request no services will be conducted. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price.
