The couple will be married Sept. 4.
The newlyweds will be honored at a reception that evening at 6:30 p.m. at 187 N. Ash, Blackfoot, Idaho. An open house is planned Sept. 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Main Street park in Huntington.

Bevan and Charla Watkins announce the marriage of their daughter, Jessica Watkins, to Ethan Savoya, the son of Jonathan Baker and Tiahna Savoya.
Jessica and Ethan will be married Sept. 4 in Grand Junction, Colo. A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening at 6 p.m. at Bookcliff Country Club.
Jessica is a graduate of East Carbon High and College of Eastern Utah. She plans on continuing her education at Utah State University-Uintah Basin next spring. Ethan is a Central High School graduate. He plans on attending the Utah Police Academy next spring.
The couple will make their home in Vernal.
