Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Jason Marshall shows off one of several blanket and toy bear sets donated to the state law enforcement agency by workers from Carbon County School District’s food service department. The district personnel made a number of blankets, found stuffed toy bears to go with the coverings and donated the sets to the patrol unit so troopers can give the items to children during emergency circumstances.
