He was born February 14, 1966 in Price, Utah to Jesse Russell and Connie Maxey Nelson.
There will be a viewing Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 6:00-8:00pm at the Ferron Millsite Ward Building (35 West 200 North). Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 28, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at the Ferron City Cemetery.
