There is not much wiggle room for the trackhoe working on the side of a cliff near the Carbon County Golf Course Tuesday. The work is part of site preparation for the Carbon Canal Company’s new diversion dam on the Price River. Explosives, detonated last month, have reduced the cliffside to rubble.
