Anglers enjoy a day of fishing as the ice fishing season winds down at Scofield Reservoir. As of Feb. 6, the Utah Division of State Parks reported 12 inches of ice at Scofield and six to 10 inches at both Huntington State Park and Millsite State Park. As temperatures continue to rise, thinner ice may create safety concerns. Anglers planning to fish should check with officials for updated information and safety restrictions prior to venturing onto the ice.
