Charlie Cummins bows his head in silent thought during the Flag Day ceremony last Saturday at the Price Peace Garden. Cummins was was one of six local Boy Scout members participating in the flag presentation at the June 14 celebration. The event included guest speakers and vocal selections were part of the tribute to Old Glory. Following the celebration, old flags were retired during ceremonies at the Price Elks Lodge.
