Price city employee Kent Jones hangs Christmas decorations on a pole on South Carbon Avenue during a warm and sunny day in late October. With the approaching winter weather, coupled with additional lights and decorations to put up for the 2003 holiday season, crews started the process earlier than in years past. The city will turn the lights on during the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
