The Lady Dinos bounced back from a tough road loss at Providence last Tuesday with an easy home win Thursday against Maeser Prep.
“I thought the ball was over the line,” said Head Coach Cynthia Lancaster after a Dinos shot hit the underside of the crossbar in the 3-2 defeat.
Grace Broadbear and Ryan Brady netted for Carbon who led 1-0 at half-time. The twin strikers again doing the damage in the 3-0 victory over Maeser Prep.
Broadbear now has 14 goals in 11 matches, Ryan Brady has nine after scoring twice against Maeser.
Carbon plays American Leadership Academy in Lindon today, before returning home to play Delta Thursday. Kick-off for the home match is 3:30 p.m. The Lady Dinos are 7-4 on the season, 6-3 in the region.
