Betty, lovingly known as Granny was an incredible woman. She lived life to the fullest despite all the obstacles life threw at her. She was proud of the work she did as a paralegal and happily offered legal advice. She was independent, free-spirited and stubborn, all topped off with a great sense of humor. Betty adored her friends at the senior center in Las Vegas. She loved dancing any chance she got. Granny loved her adoptive family Iglesias. Cynthia opened her heart and home for the past 11 years as a special care giver. We thank Cynthia and her family for their generosity and support. A big thank you to Betty’s niece, Jill, who was always there to help Betty.
Betty leave behind her adoring son Dan Haugen and his wife Toni, her sisters’ Pat Larsen (Dane) and Rose Marie Hinton (Chuck), her adoptive family the Iglesias and many (great) nieces and (great) nephews.
Preceded in death by her true love David Pope, parents Dallas and Rose Crandall, and her nephew Dean Hinton.
