Second generation Jazzman David Stockton Point Guard #5 will be coming to Emery High on Aug. 7 at 1 p.m. He will host a basketball clinic which is open to all Emery County Junior Jazz players as well as anyone else wishing to attend.
Stockton was born on June 24, 1991 and is now 27. He was born in Spokane, Wash.
He attended High School at Gonzaga Prep. in Spokane, Wash.
He attended College at Gonzaga from 2010-2014.
He in his professional career has spent time on the Reno Bighorns, Sacramento Kings, Cedevita Zagreb, New Zealand Breakers and the Utah Jazz.
In the NBA D League he was named All Rookie Second Team
Stockton is 5’ 11” 165 lbs.
He is the son of former Jazz player John Stockton. He will come to Emery County Aug. 7 at 1 p.m. to present a clinic and speak to the youth.
