    EAST CARBON/WEST JORDAN- Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Sharon K. Russell, age 75, finished her mortal journey and began her eternal life on Monday, June 18, 2018 while surrounded by her family.
    She was born September 27, 1942 to Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Branham.
    Sharon married the love of her life Orvin Jackson Russell on August 31, 1960 in St. Ignace, Michigan and was sealed for eternity on November 30, 2004 in the Jordan River Temple.
    Sharon was born in Portsmouth, Ohio and spent most of her childhood and teen years in St. Ignace, Michigan and has lived at Hahn, Germany, Soest, Holland, Glasgow, Montana, Dugway, Utah, Glendale, Arizona, Marquette, Michigan, and Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband Russ while he was serving in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years.  Upon retirement from the military they then moved to West Jordan, Utah and lived there for 24 years.  Upon retirement they then moved to East Carbon City, Utah where they have resided for the past 10 years.  Sharon and Orvin have been married for 55 years.
    Sharon is survived by her husband, Orvin; children, Tracy (Candice) Russell, West Valley City, Cindy (David) McDonald, Stockton, Orvin Jr. (LaDonna) Russell, Taylorsville, Randy (Michelle) Russell, Midland, TX, Mary (Jason) Jorgensen, East Carbon, Charles (Pyper) Russell, Ellsworth Airforce Base, Rapid City, South Dakota; 18 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  She also leaves behind her brothers, sisters and many family members in Michigan.
    Sharon will be greatly missed but we know we will see her again.
    Funeral service, Wednesday, June 27, 2018, 11:00 a.m., East Carbon LDS Ward where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service.  Sharon will be interred in Redwood Memorial Estates Cemetery (6500 South Redwood Road) in Taylorsville at 3:30 p.m.  Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
