CASTLE DALE-Our loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and longtime friend, Earl Lewis Farley, 81, passed away May 31, 2018 in Price, Utah.
He was born November 11, 1936 in Provo, Utah to Forest Lewis and Annie Mecham Farley. Married the love of his life, Clara Marlene Glazier, September 21, 1955 in the Manti Temple.
Funeral service, Monday, June 4, 2018, 11:00 a.m., at the Castle Dale Stake Center. Family will receive friends at the church Sunday evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and Monday morning from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Interment, Castle Dale City Cemetery.
