New funding opportunities were announced under the FAST program. Small business development entities seeking to finance new tech or research-based business opportunities are encouraged to apply between May 4 and June 20.
General applicants may qualify for up to $125,000, with $2 million in new funds available. Small business development agencies, incubators and the like will have $1 million in new funds available, for awards up to $125,000.
The FAST Partnership Program provides one year funding for organizations to execute state/regional programs to increase the number of research or technology-based business initiatives. For more information go to www.sbir.gov/about-fast.
