Pinnacle High School students involved in the Project H.O.P.E. (Health, Opportunity, Practice, Education) program celebrated the accomplishments they’ve completed at the end of the first term with their parents, Pinnacle staff members and community partners from Castleview Hospital, USU Eastern, Department of Workforce Services and Bookcliff Workwear. Students have completed testing and are concurrently enrolled in health related classes at USUE, attended a leadership conference at UVU in Orem, attended the HOSA fall conference in Provo, completed the eight-week work success classes provided by Dept. of Workforce Services and the new employee orientation at Castleview Hospital. Students are prepared and looking forward to beginning their first internship placement rotation, scheduled to begin later this month.
Students in the program are: Abigael Acosta, Jashelle Adams, Pamela Arrambula, Lacey Bennett, Yeraldy Bustillos, Jack Clarke, Alyssa Cogswell, Nikitta Cooke, Karlee Cranford, Taylor Duncan, Brandon Hyde, Josh Kerr, Brooke Lofley, Angela Osuna, Hannah Stock, Kaeley Taylor, Mallory Taylor, Cameryn Vigil and Kenneth Wilde.
Project H.O.P.E., is a Talent Ready grant funded by the state of Utah.
