We are a medically supervised weight loss clinic. Our main program is high protein, low carb diet plan, which includes weekly weigh-ins and vitamin injections. We also have the HCG program available, which is a 500 calories diet plan, it includes daily injections of HCG and also weekly weigh-ins and vitamin injections. This year we have added to our services a new fat burner shot. This shot includes vitamins plus a fat burner, we have seen great results with this added feature.
We have several different meal replacements, including protein powders, protein puddings, chips, bars, drinks, breakfast cereals, hot chocolate, multivitamins, etc.
We are owned and operated by Julie Palfreyman and Laura Boben. We have two locations, 38 East 100 North, Price Utah and 845 North 100 East, Spanish Fork Utah.
