Home Inspections
In & Out Inspections, LLC will help guard your investment by identifying common problems before they become major issues. We will provide you with a detailed and fair evaluation of the property’s condition. We examine several hundred components of your home’s systems, including ventilation, heating, cooling, structure, drainage, roofing, electrical, and plumbing. A comprehensive report is provided after every detailed inspection.
Mold
Mold spores are not visible to the human eye. Only by a laboratory analysis can you know what types of mold exist in your home. Our services are capable of performing air, swab, and tape sampling. We offer mold inspections along with sampling.
Radon
Radon is a radioactive gas that has no smell, taste, or color. It comes from the natural decay of uranium that is found in nearly all rock and soil. Radon decays into radioactive particles that can be trapped in the lungs when inhaled. These particles release small bursts of energy that damage lung tissue and may lead to lung cancer. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. Central Utah homes have some of the highest potential for Radon in the state of Utah.
METH
Why should you get a meth test done on your home before you buy?
Jason and Rhonda Holt purchased a house in Tennessee to start their family. They were soon plagued by mysterious illnesses. Their three babies became pale and lethargic, requiring many trips to the emergency room where they were put on respirators and one received steroids. Rhonda developed headaches, and her husband suffered kidney ailments.
They endured these illnesses for years until they discovered, five years after moving into their house, that it was the location of a former meth lab. The Holts would need to spend more than $30,000 to rid their home of the toxic chemicals that had saturated the house.
Sewer
In & Out Inspections, LLC has a camera that can inspect a sewer line to ensure it is in proper condition. We have the capabilities that allow you to watch live video of your sewer line and identify any problems or concerns a client might have.
