Hundreds showed up to this year’s Green River Melon Days celebration and enjoyed a parade that included a full band made up of participants from Moab, Emery and Carbon counties, floats, horses and lots of candy.
After the parade the crowds converged onto the park that was surrounded by booths, rides, games, programs, helicopter rides and free watermelon.
The weather turned out perfect for those who play ball or enjoyed a round of golf.
