Eagle spreading ashes

No one is more passionate about and dedicated to their work than Debbie Souza-Pappas, Founder and Director of Second Chance Wildlife Rehabilitation. The facility is now in its 23rd year of rescuing sick and injured wildlife.
Debbie is a licensed wildlife rehabilitator and has the requisite state and federal permits to operate the facility, which was recently moved to a larger location at 1910 West 2000 North in Carbonville.
Second Chance receives no local, state or federal government funding. It is a 501(c)3 organization that subsists solely through grants and donations.
Financial support and dedicated volunteers are always welcome to help keep the facility in operation. It doesn’t require a lot of time or a big commitment.
An easy way to support the work they do for wildlife is through the Smith’s Community Rewards Program. You can link your Smith’s Rewards Card to any nonprofit organization, such as Second Chance, which will be supported on your behalf. There is no cost to the customer.
