Carbon High Lady Dinos volleyball is back on the court. They traveled to Emery County on Aug. 24 to battle the Lady Spartans. The trip ended with a loss to Emery in three games.
The Lady Dinos are coached by Cristen Johnson. The team will play against Altamont at home on Aug. 31.
The Lady Dinos will continue their season with Union High, Providence Hall, Maesar Prep, American Leadership Academy, Delta, Juab and then will play all the teams again. In volleyball they will play one home match and one away match with the same team.
The state championships are the end of October at the Utah Valley University. The Lady Dinos hope to be there in the state tournament.
Their team is young but they have some good hard hitters who will look to propel their team forward to pick up some wins against their new region opponents.
