The driver was not seriously injured when the car he was driving rolled at the East Price Exit late Thursday afternoon. The driver, who has not been identified, was using a seatbelt/shoulder harness. He was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
The accident was investigated Utah Highway Patrol. Trooper Bob Gray said the vehicle was traveling through the underpass toward Wellington but veered into the eastbound off ramp loop, across the gore area and over a concrete barrier, coming to rest on its top just off the westbound exit into Price.
The rollover accident drew a big response, with officers from the Price P.D., Carbon County Sheriff’s Office and Utah Highway Patrol first on scene, followed by the Carbon County Ambulance and Price Fire Department.
