Problems with easements and right of way with the railroad, riparian zone, the Price River and wetlands, and highways, amount of water available for storage. Unsuitable local for the dam and reservoir itself. Liability Insurance. The whole area of the reservoir may have to be fenced for insurance purposes. Who is going to end up paying the millions of dollars for the project?
