Jack Randall Erwin

Our beloved husband, Dad and grandfather passed away on May 11th in Spanish Fork, Utah. Jack was born January 4th, 1926 in Cascade, Montana. 
Funeral services will be held at the LDS church in Green River, Utah on Tuesday, May 16th, 2017 at 12:00 noon. Visitation will be held prior to service from 11:00 A.M-11:45 A.M. Interment will follow at the Elgin City Cemetery entrusted to Fausett Mortuary. Family and friends may sign the guestbook and share memories of Jack at www.fausettmortuary.com.
