PRICE-Our loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and amazing friend, Kolton Kyle Dean, 21, passed away May 9, 2017 in Price.
He was born July 11, 1995 in Provo, Utah to Kyle Steven Dean and Shawna Kelley. Kolton attended the Castle Valley Center from the age of 3 where he always kept them on their toes. From running away at a young age, to kissing all the girls. While searingly painful, it is divinely graced that Kolton would have graduated from the Castle Valley Center this May, but God called him home.
Kolton was a gorgeous boy who lived life to the fullest with his delightful smile. Despite his illness, all the years of his life were rich with joy and laughter. As a young boy he loved motor cross, snowboarding and anything fast. He enjoyed camping, hunting, riding four wheelers, boating and fishing. Most especially Kolton loved his family. He loved to smile and laugh until the very end. His strength and bravery will be forever carried in the hearts of those he touched.
Kolton gave us all a gift with his smile, grace and strength. In the end, he was able to give the biggest gift of all by donating his organs to save the lives of others. The family would like to express their gratitude to Castleview Hospital for making this possible. Kolton’s family would also like to thank the staff of Rocky Mountain, CNS and Absolute Compassion for the tender care provided to Kolton over the years.
