Debra Hathaway

AMERICAN FORK-Debra Ann Hathaway, known to many as “Crusher” passed away on May 2, 2017 in Provo, Utah at the age of 60.
Debra was born January 4, 1957 in Torrance, California to Melvin Parish and Linda Shamburger.
She attended school at Carbon High and graduated in 1975. Debra enjoyed playing pool, darts and bingo, collecting odds and ends, doing yard work and most of all, spending time with her family.
Debra is survived by her step-father, Jim Hanley; siblings, Lisa Summers, Melvin (Debra) Parish, Russell (Kim) Parish; children, Tina (Ricky) Covington, Anthony (Kim) Hathaway; grandchildren, Shyann, Destini, Jordan, Xavier, Anthony, Jr. and Alexandra.
Preceded in death by her parents and grandmother, Beatrice.
Celebration of Life, Friday, May 12, 2017, 11:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home in Price, Utah. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in the Cliffview Cemetery in Price.
