The Carbon High School wrestling team had two members place at the 3A State Tournament over the weekend. A.J. Adams, 195, placed sixth and Casey Shiner, 126, placed fourth in their respective weight classes. Adams defeated his first opponent, then fell to his second. He went on to win two matches before falling in the fifth place match, but still placed. After losing his first match, Shiner went on to win his next four, before falling in the third place match and finished fourth.
