Mike Everett, Gypsie’s husband looks on. Gypsie received this scholarship from the P.E.O. Program of Continuing Education Fund. Gypsie is pursing her Master’s Degree in social work. P. E. O. is a philanthropic educational organization for women. The organization has scholarship funds, loan funds and owns Cottey College in Nevada, Missouri.
