CLEVELAND-Jamie Marie Jensen, age 51, passed away peacefully May 21, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born June 15, 1964 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Her parents are Ron Carpenter and Kay Fuller Carpenter.
Graveside service, Wednesday, May 25, 2016, 11:00 a.m., Cleveland Town Cemetery.
