Helper bills won’t go down, but they will be easier to pay

Helper residents, who have new water and sewer lines installed or on the way, will soon have a new way to pay their utility bills, too.
The city council has approved the adoption of an on-line payment system, Express Bill Pay, that will allow people to receive bills and pay them on line. Price City uses this system, which also gives utility customers the option of automatic payment on a regular monthly due date. Customers are notified about two weeks ahead of time of how much the bill will be.
The city will be able to integrate its present utility accounting system into the new one.
