Price American Legion Post No. 3 has announced that the following junior high school students will attend the Legion’s Boys State Program at Weber State University June 13 – 17. They are:
Jason Clarence and Jonas Christian Nielsen, sons of Jaynie Rae and Lee Nielsen;
Paul Bryner, son of Elizabeth and Christian Bryner;
Merlin Austin Phillips, son of Kristen and Reed Phillips;
Logan Travis Engar, son of Christy and Travis Engar;
Kody K. Wells, son of Margaret and Ted Wells;
Jed Ryan Morley, son of Alisa and Jedd Morley.
The week long program introduces students to government functions in city, county, state and national levels. Three credit hours will be given go each student which can be transferred to other universities.
