The East Carbon City Council will meet March 15 to once again discuss the possibility of offering internet service to the residents of East Carbon. The city has the infrastructure in place and already provides wireless internet service to all of the city buildings in East Carbon. The city is also looking at having hot spots at all of their public parks.
Seth Shumway, owner of Max Technology and a representative from Emery Telcom will be on hand at the council meeting to discuss what the city needs to do to move forward on this project. More information will be available after the City Council meeting.
