Cleveland, UT – Sandra B Clark, age 50, passed away suddenly in Price, Utah on Dec. 18, 2015. She was born March 24, 1965 in Provo, Utah to LaVon & Mary Baxter Blood. Sandy married Bill Carl Clark on June 1, 2005 and shortly afterwards they moved to Huntington where they have lived since.
Sandy is survived by her husband Bill Clark; children Jeff & Chris Nelson, Kim Montoya, Amanda Rodriguez and Wayne Slezenger; grandchildren Karly Nelson, Ilario Rodriguez, Juan Rodriguez, Dominique Rodriguez and Santos Rodriguez. Sandra also is survived by her siblings Loren Blood, Shelly Jensen, Judy (Artie) Jasper, and Marilyn (Stacy) Blood. She was predeceased by her parents, brothers Jerry Crapo and Kevin Blood; and a grandson.
