PRICE- Ruth Udeen Krompel, age 65, passed away in the comforts of her home on November 28, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born February 20, 1950 in Price, Utah to Joseph and Loa Ann Huff Krompel.
Ruth kept everyone laughing with her witty personality. She loved Elvis, music, dancing and could shimmy to entertain everyone. Ruth was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Ruth attended Castle Valley Center where she loved her teachers and friends. She was active in the workshop and other school activities. She participated in many Special Olympics and enjoyed family activities, crafts and her Polaroid camera. Ruth had a special love for cats and loved her bags filled with her little trinkets. She had many crushes and thought every man was handsome.
Everyone that knew Ruth loved her. She was our angel who taught us compassion, patience, acceptance, humor, joy, charity and love. Ruth will be missed by all who knew her.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Rocky Mountain Home Health and Hospice, all care givers and her special friend, Debbie.
She is survived by her best friend and mother, Loa Ann Krompel; sisters, Lou Ann Pecorelli and Betty Jo (Jim) Hartley; many loving nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by grandparents; father, Joseph Krompel; infant brother; and brother-in-law, Mike Pecorelli.
Funeral service, Wednesday, December 2, 2015, 12:00 noon, Price Stake Center (150 South 500 East, Price). Family will receive friends Wednesday morning from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the church. Interment, Cliffview Cemetery, Price.
