Seventh Judicial District Juvenile Court Judge Scott N. Johansen has disqualified himself from the controversial case of a married lesbian Price couple seeking to adopt a 9-month-old baby. (See Tuesday’s Sun Advocate.)
Johansen’s Nov. 10 ruling ordering the baby to be placed with a married heterosexual couple aroused criticism from many sources, with calls for his impeachment.
