The Pinnacle Canyon Academy high school girls’ volleyball team lost its play-in game to Valley High School on Friday, eliminating the Panthers from the 1A State tournament.
The Panthers conclude their 2015 season 3-11 overall and 2-6 in Region 19 play.
Although the Panthers’ record may not reflect what some would call a successful season, the Pinnacle girls performed better than any Panther team since 2012.
The Panthers have three seniors leaving the team at the conclusion of the 2015 season: Makael Vigil, Dellenie Paletta and Misty Bingham.
