A devoted mother, grandmother and friend, who was always interested in how everyone was doing and what they were doing. She had many passions and talents in her life. They include being an artist and was known for her beautiful oil paintings which gave her great joy. Other talents include sewing beautiful star quilts, she loved cutting up the material and sewing it back together, crocheting, gardening, cooking delicious meals from her garden, loved to dance and was very fashionable, loved to wear her collection of duster coats. Maude had a love for music and enjoyed playing the piano and loved being the ward chorister. She was a fan of the SF 49ers, the Kentucky Derby, rodeos and loved teaching her talents to others especially her grandkids. She also had a love for science, learning and education. She was probably the only grandma that could tell you about the Hadron collider.
We love you and will miss you. Until we meet again.
