HELPER- Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt, Ora L. Fenn Magann, age 84, passed away October 21, 2015 at home while surrounded by family.
“Bunny” as nicknamed by her brother was born in Fruitland, Idaho on August 3, 1931 to Albert and Myrtle Fairchild Fenn. She married John Wiswell, February 1951; they divorced in 1971. Married Thomas Magann, December 1, 1979 in Salt Lake City. He preceded her in death on May 18, 1992.
Bunny was a longtime resident of Carbon County and a devoted custodian for Helper Junior High School from 1976-1993. She warmed the hearts of all and touched the lives of many students and educators. Mom enjoyed dancing, shopping with her sister Alberta and spending time with family.
She leaves behind her wonderful family, Susan (Robert) Richardson, Price, Peggy (Bob) Barney, Helper; sister-in-law, Rose Fenn, Helper; 6 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, several amazing nieces, nephews and a very supportive extended family.
Preceded in death by parents, beloved husband, Tom; loving son, Billy Wiswell; 5 sisters, Elva Webb, Lavar Rowley, Betty Elliot, Opal Diamanti and Alberta Juliano; 4 brothers, Alma, Richard, Jack and Robert Fenn; and many friends.
We will miss our loving mother so much.
Funeral service Tuesday, October 27, 2015, 11:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitchell’s Tuesday one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Mt. View Cemetery, Helper.
