This unusual vehicle was being towed on Highway 10 and people here are puzzled as to what it is. There’s a big, three-bladed prop surrounded by a frame on the rear, mounted on a tricycle chassis. The front end appears to have no handlebars but does feature grip levers on right and left sides. The blue canister beneath the bungee-wrapped bag looks like a compressor tank. What’s inside the bag is anyone’s guess, as is the function of the big, upward-pointed mirror at the front.
