WELLINGTON – Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, daughter and friend, Lori Davenport Fausett, age 59, passed away peacefully on September 21.
She was born August 24, 1956 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Leslie L. Davenport, Sr. and Joan Landavazo.
Married Roy Lynn Mitchell February 29, 2012 in Price, Utah.
Lori loved her family more than anything especially the family get togethers. She enjoyed gardening, animals, plants and caring for people. Lori was an avid reader and enjoyed group reading. She was very into natural herb healing and was always willing to give people advice on the subject. She liked to go camping, fishing and singing along to her favorite music. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survived by her husband, Roy Mitchell, Wellington; mother, Joan Legat, Price; siblings, Joy (Monty) McKendrick, Wellington, Buddy (Susan) Byrge, Wellington, George Piper, Wyoming, Robert Pike, Price; children, Jolene (Ron) Stock, Dayton, Nevada, Aaron Steele, Missouri, James (Nicole) Still, Price, Orion (Crystal) Fausett, Rifle, Colorado, Jesse Fausett, Price; 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her grandparents, Della and Phil Gonzales; father, Leslie Davenport, Sr.; brother, Leslie Davenport, Jr.; sister, Della Byrge; nieces, Chantel West and Kisten Coli.
Funeral Mass, Friday, September 25 at 10 a.m. Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church. Family will receive friends Thursday evening at Mitchell Funeral Home from 6-7 p.m. and Friday morning from 9-9:45 a.m. Committal, Wellington City Cemetery.
