“Sis” Leora “Lee” Lorraine Henry Rezendes was born Oct. 29, 1953 in Vernal to Lawerence L Henry and Addie Pauline Smith Henry.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Fausett Mortuary in Castle Dale with a viewing one hour prior. Interment will be in the Ferron Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary and friends may visit and sign the online guestbook at www.fausettmortuary.com.
