RaeOna Huntsman

By Sun Advocate

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully on April 13, 2015 surrounded by her family. She endured her last trial with faith, courage and dignity with her Eternal companion by her side.
RaeOna was born in Orangeville to Leo and Alice Jensen. Her family later moved to Price where she met the love of her life, Tom Huntsman. On March 22, 1956 they were sealed to each other in the Manti Temple and just celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary. Together they had four children who she loved and supported in everything they did.
She was a very talented dancer, winning many awards. She loved golf, bowling, fishing and being with her family.
She had a great love for our Heavenly Father and our Savior and has been a wonderful example as she has given service and shown compassion throughout her life. She has shown kindness and love to everyone she knew and has touched many lives. She served faithfully in many church callings including Young Women President, Stake and Ward Relief Society President. She was adored by her grandchildren and great grandchildren who all knew of her love for them. She will be greatly missed.
RaeOna is survived by her husband, children; Kelly (Jill) Huntsman, Kaylene (Craig) Tuft, Karl Huntsman, Kristie (Steve) Kirchen, brother and sister-in-law; Blain and Virginia Jensen, brother-in-law; Delbert Peterson and sister-in-law; Beulah Jensen. 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Clive, Ted and Jim, sisters; Thelma, Lucile and Phillis and granddaughter Jamie.
