Balloons float into the sky above Price last Wednesday evening, released by a crowd of people at the Dino Mine Park in memory of Brylee Olson. Brylee died May 20 of an inoperable brain tumor, just two days before her fourth birthday. The community rallied in support of her and her family since her diagnosis was made public in March 2013.
