Carbon to play Canyon View in 3A First Round
The Carbon High Baseball team will look to do what they’ve done in the first and second rounds of the state tournament over the years.
Dig down deep and beat tough teams on the big stage.
Carbon will have a shot to do that on Saturday during their first round game with Canyon View on Saturday, May 10 at 1 p.m. at Grantsville High School.
The winner will take on the winner of Grantsville/Morgan later that day at 4 p.m. The losers from those two games will play each other later that day at 4 p.m. at Stansbury High School.
The Dinos are familiar with the field at Grantsville High School as they traveled there on Tuesday for a game. Grantsville defeated Carbon 16-7. A rematch between the two teams could happen should they both win their first round games.
