A plein aire artist paints an image of the old Lasalle in downtown Helper last summer during the Helper Art Festival. The celebration will be held again this Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in downtown Helper. The annual event is nearing a decade and a half old and is a favorite summer celebration among many in the local area.
