Tisha Mead
WELLINGTON – Our precious daughter, granddaughter and sister, Tisha LaDawn Mead, age 20, passed away May 31, 2008.
She was born Jan. 10, 1988 in Salt Lake City to Lonnie J. Wycherly and Kristy Merlynn Mead.
Tish was a very kind and loving spirit with a beautiful soul.
She shared a great love for others, the outdoors and all sorts of animals.
She enjoyed sewing, taking trips in her car and listening to music.
Tish loved spending time with her friends and she was always the life of the party.
She is survived by her mom and dad, Kristy and Kenny Hart, West Valley; father, Lonnie Wycherly, Price; sister, Kasondra Dee Hart, and brother, Jesse Patrick Hart, both of West Valley; grandparents, Ben and Myrna Mead, Nine Mile; Gary and Barbara Hart, Taylorsville; Joyce Cochrane, Price; great-grandma, Fern Mecham, East Carbon; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Funeral service Friday, June 6, 2 p.m., Wellington LDS Stake Center, 935 East Main Street. Family will be at Mitchell Funeral Home Thursday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. and at the church Friday one hour prior to service.

Vonnie Allred
VERNAL – Vonnie Dea Allred passed away Friday, May 30, 2008, at her home.
She was born July 13, 1931 to Harold LaVar Atwood and Eunice Marie Overson and raised in Elmo and Consumers. She married Don Allred Sept. 3, 1949 and the marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple Jan. 31, 1964.
She spent most of her adult life in Cleveland and Huntington and then moved to Vernal about 10 years ago.
She loved singing, playing instruments by ear or with music, sewing and was an excellent seamstress. She liked to create her own patterns and co-ordinate colors for her quilt tops.
She liked beautiful things and loved cooking.
She loved making quilt tops, walking with friends, doing yard work, flowers, birds, and going to the temple.
Vonnie was a very active member of the LDS Church. She loved her many church callings.
She had a great sense of humor and loved to associate with others. She was very generous and giving.
She is survived by her sons, Ivan Scott (Irene) Allred, Dick R. (Raelene) Allred, Jed D. (Kim) Allred; daughters, Dawnette (Gregg) Simmons, Ardyth (Marvin) Bell, Vallene Rudd; her very close cousin, Dorothy D. Johnson; 20 grandchildren and around 37 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Sheldon Atwood; son, Troy Allred; grandson, Chad Bell; and a great-granddaughter.
Funeral services were Wednesday, June 4, at the Huntington LDS Stake Center. Interment was in the Cleveland City Cemetery under the direction of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
